Revocation & return policy

At E.ALA.MAI Surf & Yoga Retreat, we understand that plans can change. Our Revocation and Return Policy ensures transparency and clarity regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 45 Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.

• 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less than 30 Days Before Arrival: No refunds will be issued.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Guests may reschedule their retreat dates up to 40 days before their scheduled arrival, subject to availability.

• A €50 rescheduling fee applies.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Deposits made to secure a booking are non-refundable but can be applied to a future retreat within 12 months, only 40 days before arrival.

• Optional add-ons such as private lessons or tours are non-refundable once booked.

4. Return Policy for Merchandise

• Unused, undamaged merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Return

• Please provide your booking details and reason for the request.
